OIF becomes official founding affiliate of the Organization of Independent Filmmakers (a/k/a “OIF’)

We are happy to announce that Orlando Independent Filmmakers has been instrumental in supporting the creation of  the  Organization of Independent Filmmakers, a federally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to promote participation and learning in the cultural arts, specifically film-making and those arts associated with that field.

Our members and others in Film and Cultural Arts will be privy to additional benefits and programs offered by the Organization.

The Organization will promote its mission and sponsor members, eventually seeking to provide grants to deserving filmmakers and help lead centrally-coordinated programs for independent filmmakers;.

Programs may be conducted locally, State-wide,  and eventually Nationally.
